TuSIM reserves the right to adjust prices, plans and charges at any time. By activating the physical or virtual SIM card and using the service provided by our network providers, the customer agrees to the policies, terms and conditions detailed on our website and those of each of our providers. TuSIM is not responsible for deficiencies in cellular service coverage, and the customer acknowledges the possibility of areas with limited or no coverage when making the purchase. The customer confirms that his or her mobile device has GSM and/or 4G connectivity, as well as the open bands necessary for the operation of the SIM card. The activation of the physical or virtual SIM card will be carried out one day before the trip, starting its validity from the installation. Therefore, it is recommended to install it on the day of the trip. The activation date for all plans will be the day of the trip or the date indicated by the customer when requesting the service. In case of changes in the flight itinerary, the customer must notify us at least three days in advance.
