What is the speed provided by the TuSIM eSIM – SIMCARD?
In most cases, the TuSIM eSIM – SIMCARD offers maximum speed coverage (5G LTE), similar to any local data line. However, in areas with poor coverage, your cell phone may connect at lower speeds.
How can I know if my cell phone is blocked?
You can check if your phone is locked by inserting a SIM card from a different telephone service company than the one you are contracted with.
When do the days on my data plan start counting?
The days start counting from the activation date you specified when purchasing your plan.
When will I receive my eSIM?
After purchasing your eSIM, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully processed.
You will receive your QR code 24 to 48 hours before the date indicated in the purchase. It is important to note that returns are not accepted once the eSIM has been purchased.
What payment methods are accepted?

What should I do if I delete or lose the QR code on my eSIM?
You cannot delete the eSIM from your device while it is in use, as your data plan will stop working. In case the QR code is accidentally deleted, you will need to purchase a new one, as the eSIM can only be installed once.
