Terms of service

TuSIM reserves the right to adjust prices, plans, and charges at any time. By activating the physical or virtual SIM card and using the service provided by our network providers, the customer accepts the policies, terms, and conditions detailed on our website and those of each of our providers. TuSIM is not responsible for deficiencies in cellular service coverage, and the customer acknowledges the possibility of areas with limited or no coverage upon purchase. The customer confirms that their mobile device has GSM and/or 4G connectivity, as well as the necessary open bands for the SIM card to function. Activation of the physical or virtual SIM card will take place one day before the trip, and its validity begins upon installation. Therefore, it is recommended to install it on the day of travel. The activation date for all plans will be the day of travel or the date indicated by the customer when requesting the service. In case of changes to the flight itinerary, the customer must notify us at least three days in advance.
